Q. How do I order an activity?
A. Acceptable payments are: Visa, Mastercard, <em>American Express</em>, <em>Discover</em> and PayPal.

Q. How will I receive my files?
A. After your purchase was successful, you’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll be able to download the files.
You will also be emailed <em>(to the address that you provided during checkout)</em> the links to the downloadable files.
Q. My printed files look different that what I saw on the website?
A. Due to different screen & printer settings, the actual colors of your printed product may vary a little.
Q. My files are printing too large or the images are cut off. How do I fix this?
A. There should be an option on your printer or computer print screen labeled “fit to screen” <em>(or something similar; it’s different on some printers)</em>. That should take care of it.
Q. Can I share the files I purchase with my friends and family?
A. The files are for <strong>PERSONAL USE ONLY</strong>. You can, however, print them and use them in your home as many times as you need.
You’re also free to share <strong><a href="https://elitecraftstudios.com/shop">my shop info</a></strong> with friends and family, so they can enjoy my activities too.
Q. How do I open the downloaded files?
A. You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF file. It can be downloaded for FREE at: <strong><a href="http://get.adobe.com/reader/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">http://get.adobe.com/reader/</a></strong>.
<strong>For Zip Files:</strong> You will need 7 Zip to extract Zip Files. It can be downloaded for FREE at: <strong><a href="https://www.7-zip.org/download.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://www.7-zip.org/download.html</a></strong>.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. As these files are digital items, I cannot accept any refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer custom-made activities?
A. Yes, please contact me if you need anything personalized or customized. I’ll send you a custom order form, which you’ll complete, and I’ll start working on your activities. When customizing products, the waiting time is between 1 and 3 business days.
Q. Do you offer different sizes for your activities?
A. If you need a different size, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Q. Do you ship physical copies of your activities?
A. No physical product will be shipped since I only sell digital files.
