1. What types of products does EliteCraftStudios sell?
EliteCraftStudios specializes in high-quality digital sublimation PNG designs for makers, crafters, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs. Our designs can be used to create personalized shirts, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, home décor, gifts, and other finished physical products.

All products sold by EliteCraftStudios are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped. You will receive digital files that you can download and use according to the specific product’s licensing terms.

After your payment has been successfully completed, your digital files will be available for download. Download information is provided after checkout and/or sent to the email address associated with your order.
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. There is no physical shipping or waiting for a package to arrive.
Because our products are digital files, we generally cannot offer returns or refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or have another issue with your order, please contact us. We will review the situation and assist where possible.

The colors and appearance of a printed design may vary depending on your printer, ink, paper, sublimation equipment, display settings, and other printing conditions. Product images and mockups are provided to give you an example of the design and may not exactly match the final printed result.

The type of file you receive depends on the product you purchase. Some products are provided as ZIP files containing one or more digital files. You will need to unzip or extract the ZIP file before opening the individual files.

PNG and JPG files can generally be opened using standard image-viewing or editing software. SVG files require compatible design or cutting software, and PDF files can be opened using a PDF reader.
