At EliteCraftStudios, we create and sell digital products, including sublimation PNG designs and other downloadable creative resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once a file has been downloaded.
Digital Delivery
EliteCraftStudios sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.
Digital purchases are delivered electronically and are available for download after successful payment. You will receive access to your purchased files through the download information provided after checkout and/or by email.
Digital Product Refunds
Because digital files can be accessed electronically after purchase, we generally cannot offer returns or refunds once a product has been downloaded.
However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to review your situation and assist where possible.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in situations such as:
- Duplicate purchases made accidentally
- The incorrect file was delivered
- A technical issue prevents access to the purchased files
